Enabling/Disabling Starting Rules

A workflow must have an enabled starting rule to be operational. Disable a workflow to temporarily prevent it from running.

To disable a starting rule

1. In the Rule Manager Pane, select a published workflow.

   

2. Under Rule Name, select a starting rule.

   

3. Select Disable Rule.

To enable a starting rule

1. Select a published workflow.
2. Select a starting rule.
3. Select Enable Rule.

To check the status of a starting rule

1. Select a published workflow.
2. Select a starting rule.
3. Look under the Active column.

   

   • If a green check appears, the workflow is active.

   • If a red X appears, the workflow is disabled.
